Day 1

Arrive Cairo where you will be met by our Egypt Tours and Travel tour manager, who will meet and greet you. Transfer to your historical and luxurious hotel, the Marriott Mena House. Overnight.

Day 2

After breakfast, meet your Egypt Tours driver and Egyptologist to start your full-day tour of Cairo's, visiting the iconic Giza pyramids, where the city meets the desert. Drive south along the river valley to Memphis, the once-resplendent capital of the Old Kingdom, where you will be able to see the reclining statue of Ramses II. In the afternoon, drive to Saqqara, the burial place of the pharaohs of the Old Kingdom, and home of the Step Pyramid of Zoser, one of the world's oldest stone structures of its size. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight.

Luxor and Karnak temples, Egypt

Day 3

Meet your Egypt Tours driver and Egyptologist, for an early transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor, upon arrival, cross the Nile River to Luxor's West Bank to explore the Valley of the Kings and Queens. In the afternoon, visit some of the well-preserved tombs of several rulers of old Egyptian dynasties, including the King Tut tomb. Later, also visit the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt's most successful female pharaohs, in the Valley of Queens. Make a quick stop to visit the Colossi of Memnon. Drive back to Luxor's East Bank for check-in at your hotel. The luxurious St George Hotel. In the evening, you will be met by our Egypt Tours tour manager and transferred to Karnak Temple to attend the amazing Sound and Light performance. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight.

Day 4

After breakfast, check-out from your Luxor hotel, where you will be met by Egypt Tours tour manager and transferred to embark on the BELLE EPOQUE DAHABEYA, Musk, Amber Or Zahra, each of the 3-boats are only 6 cabins. Available only on charter basis. Very personalized service, having an entire boat for your family, a relaxing week sailing the Nile River. Lunch on board, followed by an excursion to the West Bank, visit the temple of Medinet Habu, Dier el Madina, Ramsiuem, and Tomb of Nobles back to Dahabyea. Overnight onboard moored on the Nile banks of Luxor.

Day 5

After breakfast, visit the magnificent temple complex of Amon-Ra at Karnak, with its vast hypostyle hall of 137 columns, followed by the imposing 28th Dynasty Luxor Temple. Continue your tour to the Mortuary Temple of Ramesses III at Medinet Habu was an important New Kingdom period temple structure in the West Bank of Luxor in Egypt. Aside from its size and architectural and artistic importance, the temple is probably best known as the source of inscribed reliefs depicting the advent and defeat of the Sea Peoples during the reign of Ramesses III. Continue to visit Deir al-Madina, is an ancient Egyptian village which was home to the artisans who worked on the tombs in the Valley of the Kings during the 18th to 20th dynasties of the New Kingdom of Egypt (1550–1080 BCE). Overnight moored in Luxor onboard, BELLE EPOQUE DAHABEYA, Musk, Amber Or Zahra Sailboat .

Day 6

Breakfast, and a leisurely day. Later, sail to Esna where your dahabiya will moor overnight.

Day 7

Morning sail to Edfu, visit the wonderfully preserved Temple of Edfu. In the afternoon, continue to Silsila island, a site off the beaten tracks, Gabal El silsila or mountain of chains is one of the most important Archaeological site it was the quarry of sand stone where you can see the traces of cutting of sandstone, the most famous site is the chapel of Horemheb. .Horemheb was the last king of dynasty XVlll, he carved a much larger rock-chapel out of the hillside at the northern end of the site. The chapel was dedicated to Amun-Ra as well as other deputies that were connected to the River Nile. Overnight by Silsila island on your Belle Epoque Dahabiya.

Day 8

A short sail brings you to Kom Ombo, visit the Ptolemaic temple, dedicated to the crocodile god, Sobek, and the falcon-headed Horus, the god of the morning sun. Overnight on Dahabiya moored beside one of the Nile islands onboard BELLE EPOQUE DAHABEYA, Musk, Amber Or Zahra Sailboat .

Day 9

A day at leisure, sail to Aswan where your Dahabiya moors. Overnight on board.

Abu Simbel temples, Abu Simbel, Egypt

Day 10

Breakfast, check-out, you will be met by your Egypt Tours representative and transfer to Aswan Airport for your departure to Abu Simbel. upon arrival in Abu Simbel, visit the Great Temple of Ramesses II, hewn in the rock, with four colossal seated statues of the king in front of the entrance. It was dedicated to Amun Ra, the Horakhti, and Ramesses II. Then visit the King's wife's temple, the Temple of Nefertari. The entire site was threatened by the waters on the completion of the Aswan High Dam and has been preserved by International action organized by "UNESCO". All of the parts of the temple have been sectioned, removed from the original site, and reassembled on higher ground. Return to Abu Simbel Airport for your flight back to Aswan. Visit the Aswan High Dam completed in 1971.

Day 11

Breakfast aboard the BELLE EPOQUE DAHABEYA, Musk, Amber Or Zahra, followed by disembarkation, then visit Philae Temple, a structure that was rescued from the rising waters of Lake Nasser at the time of the construction of the High Dam, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Early evening, transfer to Aswan airport for your departure flight to Cairo. Upon arrival at Cairo airport, you will be met by your Egypt Tours tour manager and transferred to your hotel. The Marriott Mena House for check-in and overnight.

Day 12

Meet with your driver and Egyptologist, then visit the Egyptian Museum, with its excellent collection of Egyptian antiquities. Lunch, continue to Coptic Cairo: the ancient synagogue of Ben Ezra, the Coptic church of St. Sergius, and the Hanging Church. Citadel of Saladdin overlooking the entire city of Old Cairo, and the Alabaster Mosque of Khedive Mohamed Ali Pasha. Also, visit the Sultan Hussein Mosque Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Transfer back to your hotel. In the evening, meet your Egypt Tours tour manager and transfer to the Pyramids Plateau to enjoy the magnificent Sound and Light show at the Giza plateau. Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight.
